We welcome farm visitors, and accept drop-in visits and visitors by appointment! Although we are available most of the time, seven days a week, it's best to call ahead to confirm, especially if you are traveling a long way, because occasionally we will be away or have our yarn products packed up for a craft fair or farmer's market. Call 719-784-4544 to schedule a visit.

When you come by for a visit, you can get a quick tour of our small farm, see the alpacas and feed them grain if you like and then stop by the farm store to see and learn about what we can make from alpaca fleece.

Directions from Colorado Springs and north:

Take I-25 South to exit 140 (sign says to Highways 85 and CO-115)

  • Go straight through the 1st light at the end of the exit ramp.
  • Turn right (south) at the second light onto CO-115 also known as Nevada Ave.

Proceed approximately 40 miles to Florence. In about 35 miles (near Penrose) stay in the left lane to avoid exiting onto Highway 50 towards Canon City. You still have five miles to get to Florence.

Upon entering Florence, you will see a Kwik Stop/Shell/Dominoes station on your RIGHT (don't confuse this with the one on your left in Penrose five miles earlier). Take the next right after the Shell onto Sunnyside.

Proceed to the stop sign and turn right onto 3rd Street (changes into County Road 142).

Proceed about 1/4 mile to our farm on the left. Look for a two-story house with log cabin siding, an alpaca mural on the shop and alpacas in the yard. If you come to the stop sign at the intersection with Hwy 115, then you've gone too far.

Directions from Pueblo:

1. Drive west on Highway 50 towards Canon City and the mountains (about 25 miles).

2. Watch for the Florence/Colorado Springs exit on your right (Highway 115) (about 8 miles before you reach Canon City) and take this exit.

3. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left (south) towards Florence onto Hwy 115.

4. Proceed about five miles (south and west) on Hwy 115. Just as the road enters Florence you will see a Kwik Stop/Shell/Dominoes station on your RIGHT.

5. Take the next right turn just past the Kwik Stop onto Sunnyside.

6. Proceed to the stop sign and turn right onto 3rd Street. (3rd Street turns into County Road 142 just past the San Juan apartments.)

7. We live about 1/2 mile down the road on the left. Look for a two-story house with log cabin siding and alpacas in the yard.

If you come to the stop sign at the intersection with Hwy 115, then you've gone too far.

Directions from downtown Florence, Main Street:

1. Drive east towards Pueblo on Main Street past the Kwik Stop/Shell/Dominoes on the edge of town and take the very next left onto Gumaer.

2. Drive down to the first stop sign and turn right onto 3rd Street. 3rd Street turns into County Road 142 just past the San Juan apartments.

3. We live 1/4 mile further down the road on the left. Look for a two-story house with log cabin siding and alpacas in the yard.

If you come to the stop sign at the intersection with Hwy 115, then you've gone too far.

Directions from Canon City:

1. Drive east on Highway 50 towards Pueblo for several miles.

2. Turn south towards Florence on Hwy 67.

3. Once in Florence, turn left onto 3rd street (the first left after the park).

3. Proceed about two miles down 3rd Street. 3rd Street turns into County Road 142 just past the San Juan apartments.

4. We live 1/4 mile further down the road on the left. Look for a two-story house with log cabin siding and alpacas in the yard.

If you come to the stop sign at the intersection with Hwy 115, then you've gone too far.
